If you book any one of our houses for 2 weeks, you can get up to 15% off, this is subject to availability, and runs from April 09 until 02 October 09, and differs from property, first have a look for a property that suits your requirements and dates, and then e mail us at reservations@kenmarerentals.com and we will get back to you with the discounted rate.

If you book one of our houses for a week, we will give you the second week at half price, this is subject to availability, and certain terms and is from the 3rd October 09 until March 10. Winter Saver Deal for previous Guests

If you are a previous guest, you can book any one of our houses for 175 Euros for the week, the only extra is for Heating and Electricity. Terms are as follows, this is subject to availability, from the period of 3rd October 09 to 12th March 10, excluding 19th Dec 09 to 2nd January 10. This is for the week of your choice. All you have to do is send us an e mail to reservations@kenmarerentals.com, and inform us when you stayed with us previously and which house, once this is verified we will confirm the reservation.

Last minuet mystery deals

This a new concept we have introduced, if you are flexible with you travel plans, and are willing to take a gamble, this is perfect for you.

How it works is as follows, below are the prices for the particular month, and what you do is book a specific week in this month for the price shown 15 - 18 days before the start date of the week you require. The Monday before you are due to arrive we will advise you which house you will be staying in for the week, the choice is at our discretion, and we accept no responsibility if the house you are given is not to your exact requirements, after all it is a gamble / mystery.

The terms are as follows, this is for Bookings starting on a Saturday only, it is subject to availability, and we would advise you not to use the booking calendar of any of the properties as a reference when making the decision to enter this deal, as the house may not be available for this deal. We would advise the Maximum Party number is 4 persons ( inc Children ) and 1 infant in a cot, the reason for this is there is no point entering if your party is larger, as the House that you receive may only be able to accommodate 4. The only other charge ( unless there are breakages ) is for Electricity and Heating, all these are metered so you will only pay for what you use .
