Your Home Away From Home

The Ardmullen properties are generously proportioned two-storey homes which boast 3 spacious bedrooms (1 master en-suite, 1 double, 1 twin), comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. Further accommodation includes a lounge with open fireplace and a large fully equipped kitchen with open plan dining area.All rooms are beautifully and stylishly decorated and are cheerfully bright, with lots of natural light and high quality furnishings.

These are the Terms and Conditions

The property is the property is the 3 bed Ardmullen Houses.

The arrival date is as agreed and cannot be changed.

 The duration of your stay is as agreed 1 week

The rate is 499 Euros for the week 

The House is to be pre paid by Laser Card, and once charge there is no refunds, or it is not possible to transfer or change our reservation,

In the event of cancellation,  there is no refunds, and your dates are non transferrable , we advise having correct travel insurance to cover any reasons why you cannot take this offer up.

Arrivals & Departures are on Saturdays's

Payment is to be made at the time of reservation, through Laser Card ( For all other Card + 10 € )

There is no changes / modifications to a reservation once made

Broadband is not included, if you require a Cot or Baby Chair please request so at time of reserving

We expect the house to be returned in a clean as possible state, all Laundry is to be stripped and placed in the Bathrooms, all rubbish / refuse is to be placed in the external Bins. All Dishes, Pots & pans are to be washed on the morning of departure and put back in there place, failure to do the above will result in a cleaning charge of € 50.00

That you pay for Electricity & Heating, all these are metered, so you only pay for what you use.

Heating and electricity charges are additional based on individual meter readings and payable on departure. . Electric is charged at 27 cents per Kilowatt. Oil is charged at 62 cents per litre, Gas is charge at 1.9 euros per cubic litre. This can be settled on departire

Please arrive to take possession of holiday homes/apartments between 4.00 and 10.30 p.m. and the property must be vacated by 10.00a.m. 

We are not responsible for the loss of any valuables or property either during your stay or after departure.

The owner or his agents have the right to enter the property at any time if so desired if it is felt that the property is not being kept in a reasonable manner, or the occupants of the property are causing a nuisance to other neighboring properties, the right to inspect is enforceable at all times, and if the owner or his agents call to the house, and none of the occupants are present or do not open the door, then the right to inspect if enforceable immediately. 

We reserve the right to cancel a booking if the number of occupants in the property exceeds the number of occupants requested when booking the property in question, we have the right to cancel without warning, and when you have been requested to remove the occupants from the property immediately, no refund shall be given in these circumstances, and no refund shall be sought, as the occupants give up this right if the number of occupants exceeds the number of people the property was booked for in the first place

The number of people designated in the original reservation must not be exceeded without first contacting the reservations office.

Should guests behave in a disruptive manner, cause damage to property or indulge in any other behavior deemed to be unreasonable by management the rental may be terminated without refund. If there is damage caused to the property or the items in the property during your stay you will be liable for the cost of repair of the damaged item or replacement of an item that cannot be fixed.

If something is broken or damaged when you enter the property please advise us straight away so as we can replace the item as soon as possible. If during your stay an item is damaged and not reported, we will take an aggressive view in recouping the costs associated with either repairing or replacing the item. If some one has damaged or broken an item, and we are informed by that person, we take a more casual attitude towards this.

Complaints should be notified immediately to me immediately to give us the opportunity to deal with them as soon as possible.  087 2439304
